About The Client
Stonebriar Park is in the heart of Frisco, Texas’ $5 Billion Dollar Mile. This community offers luxury home buyers the choice of six charming European-style residential villages. This unique community features old-world craftsmanship from its spacious estates on acre-plus sites to zero-lot-line extravagant villas – all from a group of luxury custom home builders. The community offers waterfront properties, relaxing natural views as well as parks, ponds, and fountains. Prices range from $800,000 to $4 million, so security is always top-of-mind.
The main entrance has a guard on duty responsible for logging each vendor and guest that enters the neighborhood. But there is also a resident-only entrance/exit with no guard presence, which makes a video surveillance solution critical to monitoring access in and out of the neighborhood.
The Spot Systems Solution
Spot-Systems was hired to assess the existing video surveillance system as well as the supporting systems at the main entrance. During the free assessment, the Spot-Systems team created a comprehensive plan with the visitor management system, access gate company, and HOA board to provide full visibility at both the main entrance and resident gate.
Panoramic cameras were installed to eliminate any blind spots and provide a macro view of the areas. High-resolution bullet cameras were deployed for close-up views of the entry and exit gates, and high-resolution dome cameras were installed to record the video and audio interaction of the guards with the neighborhood visitors.
License plate recognition cameras were also installed at each entry and exit. License plates are logged into the system and correlated with events such as unauthorized access or gate strikes to support fines or damages with video logs.
Lastly, Spot-Systems also redesigned the guardhouse video wall to accommodate views of both gates and allow maximum visibility for each area in one manageable view.
